Leads on my phone, one tap to underwrite

Last weekend my leads moved onto my phone.

Each lead sits in its stage, and a new one shows how long it's waited on a first call. After a call I tap what happened. Texting a seller counts as a try now. A lead only moves forward, never back.

Two gaps got closed. When I underwrote a house in chat, the lead never heard about it, so it sat in the queue right next to its own deal. Now the lead finds its deal and moves on. And when I start a new deal, my open leads with an address are right there, appointments first. One tap and I'm underwriting.

I can pick the exit from my phone now too, right under the numbers.
