A NOTE FROM THE WORK

Every seller conversation gets written down

What a seller tells me now gets captured in one place, confirmed field by field, and turned into a plan for the next conversation. It never changes a number.

This week I started writing down what sellers actually tell me, in one place.

Why they're selling. The number they're leaning on and where it came from. Who signs, and who else has a say. When they need to be done.

Before, that was scattered across call notes and lead emails. Now it has a home. I can reply to the lead email with a few short words, or hand the AI my notes and let it draft. Every field the AI fills has to carry the seller's own words. If there's no quote, the field stays empty. Nothing gets guessed.

I confirm each field one at a time. There's no accept-all button, and I wanted it that way.

From there the system lays out my next conversation. Red flags first, then what I still need to ask and the next step. It shows on the lead and on the deal, on the web and on my phone.

It shapes how I talk to the seller. It never changes a number. The offer is still mine.

What do you write down after a seller call?
