1) Information we collect

• Deal data you enter (e.g., property addresses, underwriting assumptions, notes)
• Content you upload (including photos when enabled)

• Basic device/app data (e.g., app version, crash logs, performance diagnostics)
• Usage data necessary to operate and secure the Services (e.g., authentication events)

We do not currently require seller phone numbers, but the Services may allow you to store additional information if you choose.

2) How we use information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services
• Store and sync your deal data across devices
• Secure the Services and prevent abuse
• Communicate with you about updates and support requests

3) AI processing

Some features may send portions of your inputs to AI providers to generate suggestions or summaries. This may include deal notes or deal-related text you provide.

You remain responsible for what you submit and for verifying any AI outputs before relying on them.

4) How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate the Services:

• Service providers (processors): e.g., database hosting, cloud hosting, email delivery, AI processing
• Legal: if required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, and security
• Business changes: if we undergo a reorganization, merger, or asset transfer

We do not sell your personal information.

5) Service providers we use

Examples of providers used to operate the Services may include:

• Supabase (database/auth)
• Cloudflare (hosting)
• Resend (email delivery)
• OpenAI (AI processing)

Providers may change over time.

6) Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. During Beta/testing, we may periodically reset or delete data to improve the Services.

7) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may:

If you are in a jurisdiction with additional privacy rights, we will respond in accordance with applicable law.

9) Children’s privacy

The Services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

10) International users

If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States where our providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the Effective Date and post the revised policy.
