Contracts in, deadlines out
Every bot task carries a real date now, and a filed contract puts its deadlines on my list as open tasks.
My bots were making tasks this month, and almost none of them had a real date.
The date sat in the task name. So nothing showed up in my daily review, and a closing set for early November never made my deadline list.
Now every task carries a date. When a signed contract gets filed, the system reads its deadlines and puts each one on my list as an open task. File the same contract twice and you still get one set. Dates that already passed get skipped.
Contracts I forward get their originals saved, and anything the system can't match waits for me.
The bots still propose and I still sign off. I just don't dig dates out of a PDF anymore.
